After the double ring gag is removed Rachel's mouth is stuffed with 2 small sponges before being sealed tight with 2" microfoam tape. After a few minutes enjoying Rachel struggle with her mouth stuffed, the tape is removed as well as the 2 sponges. After a little HOM gagging, Rachel's mouth is stuffed with an even larger sponge before being sealed tight with 3" microfoam tape.
